Alphageo (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has:<br/><br/>1. Recommended a dividend of 20% i.e., Rs. 2/- per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>- Change in Directorate <br/><br/>2. Appointed Sri Mohankrishna Reddy Arvabhumi as Additional Director - Independent and Non Executive on the Board of the Company w.e.f. May 29, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Appointed Mrs. Savita Alla as Additional Director - Non Executive and Woman Director - on the Board of the Company w.e.f. May 29, 2014.
