Alphageo (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from November 02, 2014 to November 12, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
