ALSTOM India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2015, has constituted a Committee of Independent Directors to provide reasoned recommendation on the open offer to the Shareholders of the Company made by GE Energy Europe B.V. ("Acquirer") and persons acting in concert with the Acquirer under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
