Accepted/noted the resignation of following Directors with effect from April 01, 2016: &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;(a) Mr. Patrick Ledermann from the position of Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Company due to other responsibilities: and &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;(b) Ms. Carole Le-Couedic due to her other commitments outside. &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Appointed following as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2016: &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;(a) Mr. Ashok Ganesan: and &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;(b) Mr. Alain Christian Spohr.
