Amalgamated Electricity Company Ltd has informed BSE that due to certain extraneous circumstances, the 80th Annual General Meeting of the Company has been rescheduled from September 15, 2015 to September 29, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on August 14, 2015 in this regard.
