| In the matter of M/s. Amar Remedies Ltd.(In Liqn.) Dy. Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay vide its letter dated January 01, 2015 has informed BSE about the following:<BR><BR>"1. This is to inform you that the Company has filed a reference before BIFR, Delhi and the said reference is admitted by BIFR as is evident from the letter dated 14th November, 2014 received from The Registrar, Department of Financial Services, BIFR, Delhi.<BR><BR>2. It is further inform that the Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 19th December, 2014 passed on the Official Liquidators report dated 3rd December, 2014 has allowed prayer clause (a) of the aforesaid report which is reproduced as under:-<BR><BR>Prayer a) Whether in view of para (7) above, this Honble Court may kindly permit the Official Liquidator to address/write a letter to all concerned [ i.e. i) ROC, Maharashtra, Mumbai ii) President Post Master, GPO, Mumbai copy to Prabhadevi Post office, Mumbai iii) The Commissioner of Income Tax, Mumbai iv) The Commissioner of Sales Tax, Mumbai v) B.E.S.T., Bombay vi) MTNL, Bombay] the current status of the company to take further necessary action at their end;<BR><BR>In view of para 1 above Liquidation Proceedings against the Company in Liquidation are stayed under section 22 of SICA. This is for your information and necessary action." | |
