Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from July 01, 2015 to August 18, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board meeting scheduled in the month of August, 2015 for consideration of unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
