Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from October 1, 2015 to October 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board meeting scheduled in this month for consideration of unaudited financial statements for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015.
