Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from October 01, 2014 to November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board meeting scheduled in the month of November, 2014 for consideration of unaudited financial statements for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014.
