Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from February 24, 2016 to February 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 14, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend would be paid on and from April 21, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on April 14, 2016.
