With reference to the earlier communication dated September 25, 2015 regarding closure of Trading Window with effect from October 01, 2015.<BR><BR>Ambuja Cements Ltd has now informed BSE that the date of declaration of the Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended on September 30, 2015 of the Financial Year 2015 by the Board of Directors to the Stock Exchange has now been decided. Accordingly, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will now open from October 31, 2015. The Trading Window would remain closed from October 01, 2015 to October 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
