Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 20, 2017 which commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.45 p.m. have approved the following:-<BR><BR>- Declaration of dividend<BR><BR>The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend on Equity Shares at the rate of Rs. 1.20 per share. With the interim dividend of Rs. 1.60 per share paid during the year, the total dividend for the year 2016 works out to Rs. 2.80 per share. The Company in the previous year had paid dividend @ Rs. 2.80 per share which included interim dividend of Rs.1.60 per share.
