Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2015 till the next day of the declaration of the quarterly results by the Board of Directors.<BR><BR>It means that the designated employees of the Company shall not trade in the equity shares of the Company during the above said period.
