Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend on Equity Shares at the rate of Rs. 1.20 per share (60%). With the interim dividend of Rs.1.60 per share (80%) paid during the year, the total dividend for the year 2015 works out to Rs. 2.80 per share(140%). The Company in the previous year had paid dividend @ Rs.5.00 per share (250%) which included interim dividend of Rs.1.80 per share (90%).
