Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016 to consider the Audited Annual Financial Results for the Corporate Financial Year 2015 and to recommend final dividend on equity shares.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, further to the earlier letter dated December 22, 2015 that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will open from February 13, 2016. The Trading Window would remain closed from January 01, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
