Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI ( Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,that shareholders of the Company, in its 34th Annual General Meeting held on 28th September 2017, have appointed M/s Goyal Nagpal & Co, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi (FRN-018289C) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of 39th Annual General Meeting.
