34th Annual General Meeting of the AMD Industries Limited was held today on 10:00 AM at Radiance Motel, Tania Farm Complex, Chattarpur Mandir Road, Satbari Village, New Delhi-110074 and following businesses were transacted at the AGM.<BR> <BR> 1.Adoption of Financial Statements, Board's Report and Auditor's Report for the financial year 2016-17.<BR> 2.Appointment of Mr. Adit Gupta (DIN 00238784) as a Director, retires by rotation.<BR> 3.Appointment & Fixation of Remuneration M/s Goyal Nagpal & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi (FRN- 018289C) as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of 39th Annual General Meeting and to fix their remuneration.<BR> 4.Ratification of Appointment of Ms. Shubha Singh (DIN : 06926872) as Independent Director.<BR>
