AMD Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Seshadri Ratnam, Independent Director has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from November 13, 2014 and his resignation has been accepted by the Board in its meeting held on November 13, 2014. In view of the above, Mr. Seshadri Ratnam ceases to be Independent Director of the Company.
