Amines & Plasticizers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider issue of Bonus Shares to the Equity shareholders of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window will remain closed from the start of business hours of August 22, 2015 to the closure of business hours of August 29, 2015 for dealing in securities of the Company.
