Amrapali Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:<br/><br/>1. To Adopt the Un-Audited Financial Result for quarter ended on June 30, 2014;<br/><br/>2. To fix the date of AGM<br/><br/>3. To fix the Book Closure date.<br/><br/>Further, as per Code of Conduct of the Company for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders, shall remain closed from date of notice till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June, 2014 i.e. close of working hours of August 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).
