The Company hereby informs that in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR)and based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today (August 14, 2017), have recommended the appointment of M/s. BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration no:101248W/W-100022) as Statutory Auditors, in place of M/s. P S Subramania Iyer & Co., the retiring auditors. The said appointment is in compliance with the mandatory rotation of Auditors as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. <BR>
