Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that a separate Meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company without the presence of Non-Independent Directors and members of the management was held on February 11, 2016 whereat the following items were discussed and reviewed:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. Review of performance of Non-independent directors and the Board as a whole;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Review of performance of the Chairman of the Company, taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Assess the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the Company Management and the Board that is necessary for the Board of Directors to effectively and reasonably perform their duties.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The above items on the agenda were considered and taken on record by the Independent Directors at meeting held on February 11, 2016.
