Declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.10/- per share for 1the year 2016-2017 on the Equity Shares of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Approved the modified / altered Scheme of merger of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary, M/s. Amrutanjan Pharmaessense Private Limited with M/s. Amrutanjan Health Care Limited.
