Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 16, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Report of the Statutory Auditor for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>2. Declaration of Final Dividend for the financial year 2016-17; if any<BR><BR>In view of the above, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Specified Persons (Directors & Designated Employees) from May 09, 2017, to May 18, 2017 (both days inclusive).
