Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2015, inter-alia, considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors of the Company recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.40/- (120%) per share on the Equity Shares of the Company subject to approval of the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>2. Took on record the demise of Mr. D. Seetharama Rao, Director who passed away on April 13, 2015. Mr. V. Swaminathan and Mr. G. Raghavan were inducted on the Board as additional Directors with immediate effect.
