Dear Sir/Madam <BR> <BR> This is further to our intimation dated 24th July, 2017 regarding the application filed by Corporation Bank for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ('CIRP') for Amtek Auto Limited under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('IBC, 2016'). The Hon'ble NCLT, Chandigarh has today i.e. 27th July, 2017 appointed Mr. Dinkar Tiruvannadapuram Venkatasubramanian as an Interim Resolution Professional ('IRP') for carrying out the CIRP of the Company. <BR>
