Amtek Auto Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to section 166(1) of the Companies Act, 1956, the Company has obtained extension of three months i.e. up to March 31, 2014 for holding Annual General Meeting of the Company from the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana, for the financial period of 15 months ended on September 30, 2013.
