The Exchange had sought clarification from Amtek Auto Ltd with respect to news appearing on ET NOW on March 25, 2015 titled "Amtek said to be in talks to buy TRW auto suspension business."<BR> <BR>Amtek Auto Ltd replied stating "We would like to state that the Company as ongoing basis keeps on looking at viable opportunities which can suit best to its inorganic growth, but nothing has been finalized as yet. As far as the report in the "ET Now" is concerned, the Company does not comment on the rumours and speculative market reports. Further, we wish to state that in future if and when any acquisition takes place, the Company will comply with the provisions of the Listing Agreement and make the requisite disclosure accordingly."
