Dear Sir/Ma'am,<BR> <BR> With reference to the above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, July 22, 2017 commenced at 02.30 p.m. and concluded at 05.25 p.m. has inter-alia approved the following changes with respect to directorship of the Company with the requisite majority:<BR> <BR> 1. Appointment of Mr. Gautam Malhotra as Whole Time Director of the Company with immediate effect who has been a director in the Company since May 13, 2013;<BR> <BR> 2. Resignation of Mr. Bahushrut Lugani (Non Executive, Independent Director) from directorship of the Company with immediate effect due to his health issues. He had been a director in the Company since June 30, 1998;<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on records and oblige.<BR>
