Amtek India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company shall be meeting on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall remain close for all Directors & Employees of the Company from May 06, 2015 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
