Amtek India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 08, 2014, interalia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window shall remain close for all directors of the Company from April 29, 2014 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
