Amulya Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2016, considered the proposal for amalgamation of its subsidiary, Apollo Pipes Limited with the Company, in terms of the provisions of Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 2013 or any corresponding provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>In this connection, the Board has also authorised Mr. Sameer Gupta, Managing Director of the Company to appoint various agencies including Valuer, Merchant Bankers Lawyers etc. in this regard.<BR><BR>Further, the detailed disclosure under Reg. 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, will be submitted on consideration and approval of the Scheme of Amalgamation by the Board.
