With reference to the earlier Announcement dated May 30, 2016, regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2016, Amulya Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the amount of share Capital in the said financial results was inadvertently typed as Rs. 499.68 lacs instead of Rs. 499.74 lacs.<BR><BR>Now the Company has submitted to BSE a Copy of Rectified Financial Results.
