April 06, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has proposed Ms. Jeanette Luisa Alphonso as Independent Director of the Company subject to the approval of the members of the Company in their forthcoming general meeting.
