Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following businesses amongst others<br/><br/>1. To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>It is also informed that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from November 03, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).
