Anant Raj Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.24 per share (i.e. 12% on Rs. 2/- fully paid up share) subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
