With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 11, 2014 informing that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on April 26, 2014, to inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend Final dividend, if any, for the Financial year 2013-14, Andhra Bank has now informed BSE that the abovesaid Board Meeting is deferred and the fresh date of the meeting will be informed shortly.
