Andhra Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year/quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window shall remain closed from opening of trading session on August 19, 2015 to September 01, 2015. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's shares/securities.
