Andhra Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 and convening of the meeting of the Shareholders of the Company to consider the Report on the erosion of more than 50% of the Net Worth in terms of Section 23 of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
