| Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Sri Anirudha Behera, Nominee Director of IDBI Bank Ltd., has resigned from the Board of the Company vide his letter dated October 29, 2014 w.e.f. October 31, 2014 consequent upon withdrawal of his nomination by IDBI Bank Ltd.<br/><br/>Further, IDBI Bank Ltd., has nominated Sri A. Mallikarjun as its Nominee Director of the Company not liable to retire by rotation w.e.f. November 01, 2014.<br/><br/>The said resignation and appointment have been noted by the Board at its Meeting held on November 05, 2014. | |
