Gupta on the Board as an Additional Non-Executive / Independent director of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders in their General Meeting.<br/><br/>Further, Shri G.S Jolly, Non-Executive / Independent Director, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company due to his personal reason.
