| ANG Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on the following matters:<BR><BR>- To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Insider Trading Code of the company for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing /trading in the shares of the Company is closed for the purpose of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 from the open of trading hours of February 04, 2017 and shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. | |
