In continuation of our earlier adjourned Board Meeting held on 17th July, 2017 to consider and approve unaudited Financial results of the Company is now schedule to be held on Thursday, the 27th July, 2017.<BR> Further, in accordance with Insider Trading Code of the for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing /trading in the shares of the Company is closed for the purpose of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2017 from the open of trading hours of July 21st , 2017 and shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
