| ANG Industries Limited is going through the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process wherein the powers of the Board of Directors have been suspended and Mr. Ilam Chand Kamboj has been appointed as Resolution Professional. <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Un-audited financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended on 30th September, 2017 will be considered and approved on Tuesday, the 14th November, 2017.<BR> CLOSURE OF TRADING WINDOW<BR> <BR> With reference to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct, it may please be noted that the trading window will remain closed for all the officers/ designated employees for the matter of unaudited Financial results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2017 from opening of trading hours on November 6, 2017 till the close of trading hours on November 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR> | |
