| We have examine all the share transfer deeds, memorandum of transfer, registers, files and other documents relating to ANG Industries Limited (Formerly known as ANG Auto Limited) 101-106 Sharda chamber IV, Plot No. 42, 3 LSC, Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019 maintained be Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited, the Registrar & Share Transfer agent of the company Pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 for the purpose of listing certificate under regulation 40 (9) f Securities and exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on our examination as well as information and explanations furnished to us which to the best of our knowledge and belief are necessary for the purpose of our certification, we hereby certify that the company has delivered during the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 : <BR> (a) Share Certificate relating to the transfer of Shares received during the period 1st April, 2017 to 30th June, 2017 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfer have been issued within thirty days from the respective date of lodgement of each deed excepting those rejected on technical grounds and ;<BR> (b) Has not received any request for sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls / allotment monies. <BR> | |
