Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled for February 10, 2016, for approval of Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from the closure of business hours of January 27, 2016 to closure of business hours of February 12, 2016.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
