Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, have decided to recommend the dividend @8% (Re. 0.80 per equity share) for payment to the payment to the Shareholders for the Financial Year 2014-15. Dividend shall be paid / dispatched by the Company latest by October 29, 2015.
