Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled for November 09, 2015, for approval of Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to clause 5 of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from the closure of business hours of October 28, 2015 to closure of business hours of November 11, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
