| Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matters:-<BR><BR>1. Approval of the Audited Annual! Accounts for the Financial Year ended on the March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Approval of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended on the March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Recommendation of Dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading window in respect of aforesaid meeting, shall remain closed for a period of 7 days prior to this scheduled Board Meeting and 24 hours thereafter i.e. from the May 09, 2015 to May 17, 2015 in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. | |
