| Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter / half year ended on the September 30, 2014 of Financial Year 2014-15. This is being subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading window in respect of aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results, shall remain closed for a period of 7 days prior to this scheduled Board Meeting and 24 hours thereafter i.e. from the November 07, 2014 to November 15, 2014 in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. | |
